What salads do you have available today?

Check out our insta stories for daily salad updates or if we haven't posted them yet, jump onto our online ordering platform (make sure you have your local store selected) and click on either our regular or large daily salads to see a pop up with our salad options for the day.

How can I make a reservation?

Looking for a reservation? For small groups we operate on a first come, first serve basis, no reservation, just come on in. For groups of 6 or more people we do recommend contacting your local store to see if they can accommodate your group and make a booking.

Do you guys serve free-range chicken?

We most definitely do; we only use free-range birds at Winner Winner. Our suppliers take their commitment to free-range farming very seriously and have extensive monitoring programmes in place to ensure their birds are cared for to the highest level of animal welfare and food safety requirements.

What vegan products do you have on your menu?

There are a lot of vegan items on our main menu as everyone seems to love them no matter what they're into. We recommend the “the vegan” burger made with BBQ pulled jackfruit as a main or our “vegan chicken sandwich”, a vegan remastering of our classic chicken sando. We also recommend our WW fried mushrooms, charred seasonal greens and sweet potato fries! Many of our daily rotating salads are also vegan-friendly - please check online for today’s selection.

Your pies are delicious! Do you make any vegan pies?

Yes! We have a daily vegan pie in the cabinet - Pop into to store to see what the offering is. Come early - they usually sell fast! They're here for a good time not a long time!

What items do you have that are dairy free?

As a main, we recommend our free-range fire-roasted chicken or our “the vegan” burger which is made with BBQ pulled jackfruit. You can also try some of our side dishes including our straight-cut fries, sweet potato fries, seasonal greens or WW fried mushrooms which are all dairy free. If you spot something on the menu that you are unsure of, just ask us when you’re in store.

What are your gluten free options?

Our main gluten free option is our natural, free-range fire-roasted chicken that is lovingly brined for twelve hours, then slow-roasted over volcanic coal. We also offer a range of gluten free sides like our straight-cut fries, tater tots, seasonal greens and a range of daily salads. If you fancy a burger, we can also serve our cheeseburger in a lettuce wrap and we have a gluten free pie in the cabinet daily until sold out. Please note that we cater to gluten free customers wherever we can, but we are not 100% gluten free as we cannot protect against cross-contamination.

What halal products to you offer?

We have a few halal items available but are not a 100% halal restaurant. All our chicken is prepared halal. We do have bacon on the menu, which is prepared on a different bench to our chicken, as well as using separate utensils. Additionally, we keep all our chicken separate from all other food preparation as a food safety procedure. We hope this helps, please get in touch if you require more information.

What items on your menu are suitable for kids?

We have a lot of items on our menu that kids love. We have two kids meals’ featuring our speciality free-range, boneless fried chicken bites - served with a side of either straight-cut fries or tater tots. Otherwise, our natural, free-range, fire-roasted chicken is great to share with mum and dad or something on our sides menu usually goes down well, like our mac’n’cheese or loaded fries. Where can I find the nutritional info for your menu?

At this stage, we don't have NI available. While we can't give you the numbers, we can tell you that we use only free-range and ethical ingredients and our varied menu means there should be something for everyone :).

Where can I find your allergens chart?

Just ask us next time you are in store (or give us a call in advance) and we will take you through it. Our allergen info can vary from store to store based on the current menu items available. There are items on our menu that may contain dairy, gluten, soy, egg or other trace allergens.

Do you guys cater for events?

We sure do! We cater all sorts of events with a range of delicious Winner Winner eats and treats. Please jump online to order and pay directly using our digital catering platform. Please note, we have some additional info to keep in mind before you get started, so make sure you read over this first!

Can I pre-order a pie?

You sure can! Just jump online to order and pay directly using our digital catering platform! Please submit your order with at least 48 hours' notice so we can make sure we have all the ingredients to make your pie.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

We do! Come and see us in store and we can personalise one for you.

Can I get the recipe for...?

No sorry, these are our secret recipes. You can come into store and get some though, we'd love to see you!
