Is there a minimum order charge?

Yes there is - our minimum order for catering is $60 (which means you can definitely order just a whole sweet pie!).


How far in advance do I need to place my order?

Catering orders need to be placed at least 48 hours in advance so we can ensure we have all the ingredients to make your order. Otherwise give your local store a call to see about a quicker turnaround.


Can I get my catering order delivered?

We don't currently offer delivery, however please call your local store or get in touch via our contact form to discuss possible options.


Can I order just one whole pie?

100% you can! Simply jump online to order and pay directly using our digital catering platform - you’ll be able to select your favourite pie flavour too.


Can I order half a pie?

No sorry - we only offer whole pies for catering orders. However, if you pop into your local store, we do sell our daily cabinet pies by the slice!


Can I order a whole pie - but half 'n' half of two different flavours?

We like your thinking - best of both worlds! Unfortunately, we only offer whole pies for catering orders. If you live local, pop into your local store to grab a pick-and-mix selection of our daily cabinet pies which we sell by the slice!

 
 

Oh no! I've ordered from the wrong store, what do I do?

That's alright, please call the store you ordered from immediately so they can cancel your order and issue a refund. Unfortunately, you will need to place your order again with the correct store.


I've missed something from my order, can I please add this?

Oh no! Yes you can. If your additional items are over the $60 minimum order value, please just place another catering order online for the same pick up date/time and we will add it to your existing order. If the additional items fall under $60, please give the store a call and they will be able to help you out!


Can I make changes to my order after I've placed it?

That should be no trouble but please give your local store a call to discuss, with as much notice as possible.


Can I use my own plates and platters?

You sure can! By default, catering orders will be supplied in individual take-away containers - you do not need to return these. If you would like to use your own plates and platters, please include a note when placing your order and the store will give you a call to discuss. Your local store may also be able to supply plates and platters, please give them a call or get in touch via our contact form to chat through your requirements.


 

I have a favourite salad, can I request this for the salad bowls or salad pots?

If you're ordering one of our salad bowls, you can select your salad preference from within our digital catering platform - we have 10 classics to choose from! If you're ordering a salad pot, the store will give you a call on the day to talk you through the seasonal cabinet salad options and confirm your selection.


Can I be invoiced for my catering order?

We prefer to take orders online but invoicing can be arranged! Please give your local store a call before placing your order to discuss invoicing options.


I'm getting married and I LOVE Winner Winner. Can you cater my wedding?

Firstly, congratulations! Yes we can. We don't have equipment for onsite catering but we can provide our catering menu to weddings or work with you for something a little more bespoke. Please call the store or get in touch via our contact form to discuss some options.


I've ordered catering for a work function - can I get a GST receipt for my order?

Definitely - following payment of your catering order, you will be emailed an order confirmation/receipt containing all the relevant GST information.


Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Yes you can - please give the store a call no later than the end of the day prior to when your order was scheduled to be collected. You order will be refunded and will take between 2-10 business days to appear in your account.


Can I pay on pick up?

No sorry - please place and pay for your online catering order before collecting.


Can I pay a deposit for my catering order and pay the balance on pick up?

I'm placing quite a large order - will my food be cold when I arrive to collect it?

We make all food to order and will keep hot items in a warm spot until you arrive to collect it at your requested time.


Something is missing from my order, what should I do?

If you have noticed this immediately, please let the store know and they will help you on the spot. If you have noticed that something is wrong once you have left the store – give your store a call or get in touch via our contact form and we will be in touch to fix this for you.
